Important! Please read first

1. Please enter your guest details below one at a time. To add or delete a guest click the +/- buttons. Don't forget to add yourself to the list.
   
   
2. Enter your guest names in couple order, this will help us when designating your table (not everyone is married). When you booked your tickets you had the option to choose who you sit with (person/lodge/party, etc.) and we will endeavour to comply with your wishes.
   
   
3. Use the allergies/notes field to advise us of anything we should know about your guest (allergies, pescatarian, in a wheelchair, poor mobility, etc.)
   
   
4. For your comfort, tables are for a maximum of 10 people. Consider this if your booking exceeds 10 (we can go to a table of 12 at a push but it is not ideal). If your booking exceeds 10, your guests will be placed on the next adjacent table. When entering names that exceed 10, put those guests who will not mind being on the next table last when entering the data below.
   
   
5. Do not add more guests than the number of tickets you have booked, as any entries over the ticket total will be ignored. To add more tickets you will have to make a separate booking through the booking website: Province of Devonshire Show Bookings, and complete the "sit with" option using your original booking name/lodge/lodge number.
   
   
6. You can return to this form later by clicking the link in the email you received inviting you to add your guests.
   
   
7. If you are making amendments to an existing booking (e.g. changing meal choices, or swapping out a guest/guests etc.), email us at provincial.shows@devonfreemasons.online  In the subject of your email enter: Amendments to dining options from for the PGM's Ball 2026
