Terms & Conditions — Provincial Events Bookings

Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking. By submitting a booking form or payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
- Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed only when we receive your completed booking form.
- You are responsible for ensuring all guest details (including dietary requirements) are correct.
- By submitting the form, you confirm that all guests consent to their information being shared for event administration purposes.
2. Payments
- Ticket prices are displayed on the booking form.
- If you choose Pay Now, payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
- If you select Pay Later, full payment must be received by the balance deadline stated in your booking confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings after the payment deadline.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email to provincial.events@devonfreemasons.online.
- Refunds (if any) are at the discretion of the event organisers and may be subject to an administration fee.
- In the unlikely event that Provincial Events cancels the function, a full refund will be offered.
4. Event changes
- We reserve the right to make minor changes to the venue, menu, or schedule where necessary.
- If significant changes occur, we will notify all lead bookers as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Liability
- Attendance at the event is at your own risk.
- Provincial Events and its organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.
- You agree not to bring any claim against Provincial Events, its officers, or volunteers arising from participation in the event.
6. Data protection
- Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Payment information is handled by Stripe; we do not store or have access to your full card details.
